LGMG North America (LGMG NA) is partnering with Eldora Speedway for its 2026 season, supporting one of the most recognized venues in American dirt track racing. Held across multiple weekends from April through October in Rossburg, Ohio, the events draw thousands of fans. LGMG NA sponsored the popular #LetsRaceTwo, which took place last weekend (May 15-16), and supplied two SR5390D rough terrain scissor lifts that are being used by television crews and photographers to help capture the race from above.

Personal connection

Russell Durand, LGMG NA regional sales manager, has attended races at Eldora Speedway for more than 30 years. He has seen the enduring loyalty of its fan base as the track has evolved over the decades.

“My dad took me to Eldora Speedway for the first time in the early 1990s, and by the late 2000s I was bringing both of my sons — three generations of my family,” Durand said. “That’s not unusual. You see grandparents with their grandchildren all the time. Eldora Speedway represents heritage, performance and community, and we at LGMG NA are excited to be part of it.”

Eldora Speedway has called Rossburg home since its founding in 1954. With fewer than 200 residents, the village attracts crowds of more than 20,000 spectators on a single weekend during the race season. Known as the “Big E,” the venue has a global draw, with camping areas filled throughout the season. The calendar culminates with the prestigious “World 100,” widely regarded as the premier late model dirt race in the U.S.

Strong support on the ground

The two LGMG SR5390D rough terrain scissor lifts deployed at the track play a key role in supporting broadcast and media operations, helping bring the event to audiences beyond the grandstands. With a maximum platform height of 52 ft 2 in and a 1,500-lb capacity, accommodating up to four people, the units are well-suited for camera crews. Designed for uneven ground conditions, the machines are built for use in dirt track environments.

The high-capacity H1256 telehandler expands LGMG’s lineup for construction, industrial and infrastructure applications.

The LGMG H1256 telehandler combines a strong 12,000 lb lifting capacity, 56’1” max lift height and 42’ outreach, expanding the company’s telehandler lineup for modern rental fleets. The launch reflects LGMG’s continued focus on providing rental customers with equipment that delivers high productivity and uptime and a fast return on investment. It’s ideal for commercial construction, infrastructure projects and industrial facilities.

Jobsite durability

Designed for rough terrain applications, the telehandler features industry-standard Dana® limited-slip axles for reliable performance on uneven terrain. Power comes from a 120 hp Cummins® engine with a 15.5 mph travel speed, helping operators move quickly across large sites.

LGMG North America (LGMG NA) introduced new micro scissor lifts that add enhanced levels of jobsite access and maneuverability to its lineup: the LGMG SS1532ER and SS1932ER. Both electric lifts are engineered for applications where access, weight and productivity are critical, particularly in fast-growing sectors such as the construction of data centers, chip factories, battery plants and healthcare facilities.

Designed with rental-first utilization in mind, these machines were built to deliver reliable jobsite performance, with high uptime and utilization across repeat rental cycles. Backed by responsive local support and an unmatched warranty, the micro scissor lifts provide long-term lifecycle value for fleet owners.

The SS1532ER and SS1932ER feature a true compact design, with a 31.9” overall width and a 61” overall length. The machines only differ in their working heights and weights. The SS1932ER has a maximum platform height of 18’1” (indoor) and 14’9” (outdoor), and a weight of 2,866 lb. The SS1532ER offers a maximum platform height of 14’9” and weighs 2,293 lb.

Their low stowed heights — 6’7” for the SS1932ER and 6’4” for the SS1532ER — allow operators to pass through standard doorways without folding guardrails. They feature a 500-lb capacity platform rated for up to two occupants (2 indoor, 1 outdoor). Their permanent magnet synchronous lift motor provides smoother motion for better control with higher efficiency, meaning more working time between charges.

The new lifts also stand out for the number of features included as standard, beyond what is typically offered on similar models. Both machines come equipped standard with perimeter lighting that provides a clear visual cue in busy or low-light environments. A standard integrated step deck provides additional reach for overhead work.

To support work in indoor environments, they include a standard leak containment system designed to capture hydraulic drips, helping control leaks on jobsites. As on all LGMG slab scissors, a simple keyed brake release switch comes standard to easily disengage the brakes if the machine needs to be winched or pushed.

This new package brings unparalleled efficiency and power to job sites, enhancing the capabilities of these already versatile machines.

About the T65J-H and T85J-H
The T65J-H and T85J-H are designed for heavy-duty work at height, offering a maximum platform height ranging from 65' to 85', making them ideal for both indoor and outdoor projects. With a dual capacity design of 992/661lb (restricted/unrestricted), these platforms can safely support up to three workers simultaneously, significantly improving productivity on the job.

Welder-Ready Package: Power and Versatility
The newly available welder-ready package equips the T65J-H and T85J-H with robust hydraulic generators designed to meet the demanding welding and cutting on-site needs. The T65J-H offers a 7.5kW generator, while the T85J-H is available with both a 7.5kW and a 12kW generator option. Both generators are UL-approved and provide voltage output in three-phase (208VAC) and single-phase (120VAC), ensuring compatibility with a wide range of welding equipment. The proven hydraulic generator will also provide continuous voltage to ensure no electrical spikes, producing clean, efficient welds.
