The relaunch is being led by
Craig Paylor, who is taking the helm as President of LGMG NA. Paylor brings nearly five decades of industry experience, including his tenure as President of JLG, where he helped guide the company through a period of significant growth and transformation. 30,000-unit capacity within three years. Today it employs roughly 400 people, and the workforce continues to grow as production ramps up.

North American R&D center at its Monterrey facility in 2024, focused on developing and adapting products to meet rental partner needs. This effort will drive expanded telehandler production in 2025 and the introduction of
a high-reach aerial platform exceeding 100 feet in 2026.
